Transfer I-20 to LAPC

International students who are currently studying in the United States (U.S.) with a valid I-20 can apply for full-time admission to Los Angeles Pierce College (LAPC).

Applicants must have a valid or "active" I-20. International students in terminated or expired F-1 status will not be considered for transfer-in admission. If you have any questions, contact the ISS Office. Phone: 1 (818) 719-6417, email: intlstu@piercecollege.edu , Live Chat

Steps to Transfer SEVIS Record/I-20 to LAPC:

Apply to LAPC by the deadline dates. View the LAPC International Application Checklist

One of the supplemental documents you will submit is the Student Status Verification Form which requires a signature from a Designated School Official (DSO) at your current school.

Admitted students will receive an acceptance letter from LAPC's International Program.

Once you have been admitted to LAPC, contact your current school so they can transfer your electronic SEVIS record. This is required so that LAPC can issue you an I-20.

You must be admitted to LAPC before you can initiate a SEVIS transfer request from your current school.
