Live chat with an office representative during business hours. Look for the green online indicator and live chat button on a staff member's card, and click on it.
Live Chat Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00 am to 4:15 pm; Wednesday: 8:00 am to 5:15 pm Pacific Time (excluding holidays and planned office closures).
Live Chat Hours Exceptions:
- Mon, Feb 24, 2025 - OPEN 8:00 am 1:00 pm, 2:15 - 4:15 pm
- Wed, March 5, 2025 - OPEN 12:00 - 4:15 pm
- Mon, March 31, 2025 - CLOSED for Cesar Chavez Day
Schedule an Appointment
Schedule an appointment with an ISS staff member by clicking on the "Schedule Appointment" button on a staff member's card. Academic and personal counseling is by appointment only. However, an appointment is not required to meet with other ISS staff if you want to live chat.
