VERIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT FOR STUDENTS & THIRD PARTY

Order Records

Verification of Enrollment:

  • Verification of Enrollment are processed within 10 (ten) business days. Verification of Enrollment fee is $3.00 (processing and handling fees at additional charge).
  • Students have the right to request the two first verification of enrollment (or official transcripts) at no cost (due to the health pandemic, this service is not available at this time).

Methods of Payment:

  • Credit Card/ATM Card.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. Verification of enrollment can only be released to third party with an Authorization to Release Information Form signed by the student (per transaction).

  • Verification of Enrollment will be processed in a regular service basis.
  • Verification of Enrollment cannot be ordered via mail, fax, phone or email.

Verification of Enrollment includes classes taken at any of the colleges within The Los Angeles Community College District:

Los Angeles City College
Los Angeles Harbor College
Los Angeles Mission College
Los Angeles Pierce College
