Rising Scholars
The Rising Scholars Program is designed to provide academic and basic needs support to formerly incarcerated and system-impacted students, while addressing systematic barriers they may face. We are dedicated in assisting our students to achieve and exceed their educational goals.

Program Requirements
To be eligible for our program's services, student must meet all of the requirements below:
- Identify as a formerly-incarcerated or system-impacted individual
- Formerly-incarcerated: justice-involved students, which incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, and/or current or formerly detained in a juvenile facility
- System-impacted individual: individuals who have experience arrest without conviction/incarceration or individuals who have family members who have experience incarceration
- Complete Rising Scholars Intake Form
- Make an appointment with an Adult Education counselor and create a Student Education Plan (SEP)
