Live chat with an office representative during business hours. Look for the green online indicator and live chat button on a staff member's card, and click on it.
Live Chat Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:00 am to 4:15 pm; Wednesday: 8:00 am to 5:15 pm Pacific Time (excluding holidays and planned office closures).
Live Chat Hours Exceptions:
- Monday, March 24: Open 8:30 – 12:00 and 1:15 – 4:00
- Tuesday, March 25: Open 8:30 - 12:00 and 1:15 – 4:00
- Thursday, March 27: Open 8:30 – 12:00 and 1:15 – 4:00
- Friday, March 28: CLOSED
- Monday, March 30: CLOSED for Cesar Chavez Day
- Tuesday, March 31: CLOSED
Schedule an Appointment
Schedule an appointment with an ISS staff member by clicking on the "Schedule Appointment" button on a staff member's card. Academic and personal counseling is by appointment only. However, an appointment is not required if you want to live chat with other ISS staff.
